What Decision has the Most Impact on Your Infertility Journey?

At the beginning of my infertility journey, I made a significant decision that affected every day of my walk—I re-committed my faith and trust in Jesus Christ as my Savior. From that point forward, my medical path went hand in hand with prayer, seeking His wisdom.
If you have not done so, join the 2.64 billion Christians worldwide who have made a decision to make Jesus Christ the Lord of their lives. With the Lord Jesus steering every step of your journey, you will be confident in your path and the plan of hope for your future. Let’s chat about it.
Your decision to follow Jesus
Have you asked Jesus for His direction as you seek answers to infertility?
Maybe you already have faith and want to grow to know Jesus better. Or perhaps you do not know Jesus very well. As a suggestion, you can ignite your spiritual journey by reading one of the gospels in the Holy Bible (Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John). Before you read the Scripture verses, pray:
“Jesus, reveal Yourself to me. I have decided to follow You. Speak to me as I immerse myself in Your Words and listen for Your direction. I want to know You and experience Your love, peace, and healing. Show me the way to go. I need Your help.”
Once you have made your decision to follow Jesus, bow before Him, and focus on who He is and what He does for us.
You can pray now to make Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior
Jesus, what a gift You are! You can do the impossible. Thank You for coming to Earth, fully God and fully man, to show us God’s plan for my life.
● You demonstrated God’s love, mercy, and compassion.
● You taught us how to pray and be pure of heart before God when we repent for our sins and forgive those who hurt us.
● You encouraged us to call on You for healing—for everything is possible with You. (Luke 1:37 ESV)
The greatest act of all was Your unselfish surrender to God’s will:
● You died for our sins on the cross, and were resurrected to heaven (1 Corinthians 15:3-4 NIV) where You are actively interceding for our every need according to God’s will and perfect timing.
● You promised that whoever believes in You will not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16 NIV)
I accept that You, Jesus, are the only way to God the Father (John 14:6 NIV). I am committed to You as the Lord of my life. Help me to grow in faith and trust in You. I confess my sins and misdeeds, unholy and impure, before You. Please forgive me. Help me walk in Your light and lead a holy life based on Your Word in the Holy Bible.
I thank You for the incredible gift of Your Holy Spirit residing in me. Guide me to love You wholeheartedly and spread Your love to all around me. Hear my prayer about the infertility my husband and I are suffering from. Please heal us, Lord. We want to raise children to bring honor and glory to You. I ask all this in Your name, Jesus. Amen.
Moving forward. . .
Ask yourself this:
If I have committed myself to Jesus, have I set a specific time each day to praise Him, meditate on His Word, and listen for His feedback?
Consider this challenge:
Do you know other Christians whom you can talk to about your faith and ask for prayer as you struggle with infertility? Consider investigating what faith communities in your area have prayer groups, Bible studies, and worship services that will help you grow your faith and trust in Jesus. Talk to the ministers at local churches, who can fill you with faith-building practices.
